Surely, Jesus HAS healed autism

“Surely, He has borne our griefs [sicknesses] and carried our sorrows [pains]; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed,” (Isaiah 53:4-6). His use of our and we mean what they say.

Nowhere, does He say He picks and chooses whom to heal. These verses thoroughly detail that Jesus fully took our place or substituted Himself, taking both physical sickness and sin upon Himself. Also, note above the original Hebrew for griefs is sicknesses and sorrows is pains.”

Why I am Voting Trump 2020: Seek the Holy Spirit’s Discernment

800px-Gospel_of_Luke_Chapter_19-13_(Bible_Illustrations_by_Sweet_Media)

Hmmm…Here we have Jesus, being NOT so nice, probably rude to those on the receiving end, doing justice by His Father, whip in hand, driving out the wicked moneychangers from the temple.

Ignorance of the Word, breeds ignorance of the signs of the times.

Not seeking the Holy Spirit breeds seeing without discerning and listening without hearing.

God’s people MUST stop allowing anyone, and I mean ANYONE – including pastors and church leaders – to tell them how to think or what to believe and seek the Lord for themselves regarding all matters of life, including who to vote for.

Why? Because we are living in the last of the last days.

And if we live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4) as we are called to then, we know that deception and the deceived will be rampant in the last of the last days before the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Read and digest these verses slowly and carefully

“But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. 2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. 3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber,” (2 Peter 2:1-3).

So if “MANY WILL FOLLOW their destructive ways” in the last of the last days, then take care to ask the Lord for wisdom on everything you are hearing. So much fake news out there. Some have even referred to mainstream media news outlets as false prophets.

And…

“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,” (1 Timothy 4:1).

I wrote my comment (below) back in May in response to a comment on an article called, “POUR OUT THE DIETRICH BONHOEFFER ANOINTING!” by a sister in the Lord who couldn’t understand why any believer could support President Trump because of his past, his mouth, and referring to him as “godly.”

Here are some of her words: “I simply cannot support a man who has behaved in an atrocious narcissist manner by literally acting in an ungodly manner. We teach children not to bully and call names and yet he does this repeatedly. He has had extra martial affairs and is extremely egotistical. How is this godly behavior? It just is not. Finally, I am not referring to what the media has claimed about him, I am talking about what I have heard him say and read what he has written. How is it that this behavior is ok with those of us who follow Jesus? How is it that Donald Trump is following God’s greatest law of love one another and He has loved us? I do not see it-even if his policies are Godly, he is a horrible example of Christianity. It’s people like him who turn others away from God and Christianity. Again, to clarify I am truly and only trying to understand how so many Christians see this man as a godly leader. I am not criticizing.”

My response: “Sister, I don’t believe they see him as a godly leader but discern by the Holy Spirit and in their fervent prayer time that Pres Trump is the one God chose to lead this nation now. There is a huge difference between those two things. I don’t see him as the most godly and holy believer person but as the one whom God chose for such a time as this.

We are all works in progress, and I believe God chose him because we need tough and justice right now, and most Christians are too nice and worried about offending to accomplish what God wants done in this nation as we have prayed and cried out for justice according to Psalm 37, etc.

Remember Jesus’ words to the Pharisees etc.? He Himself called them “White washed tombs, hypocrites, He got a whip and overturned tables in the temple for turning His Father’s house into a den of thieves, He called the disciples dull for not understanding His repeated teachings and demonstrations, etc.”

Moses was also a murderer, as was David yet God’s choices. Every leader or prophet God chose in the Word was highly flawed and sinned greatly, didn’t have “neat and pretty” pasts. But neither do any of us.

The Word of God says man looks on the outward appearance BUT God looks on the heart. Pres Trump’s words may not always be the best, but how about ours? None of us are perfect. God is looking at his heart not his imperfections.

Gossip is evil in God’s eyes yet many pastor’s wives do it and allow cliques in their churches that exclude some women. We could go on and on and fill a book with the evil done by church leadership today. e.g. Not doing James 1:27 and visiting widows and fatherless in their afflictions, etc.

So that’s the difference. It’s not that most are seeing Pres Trump as “godly” but as whom God has chosen to lead us now.

We must not limit how one is packaged (outwardly) as not usable by God. God can use whomever He wants. God sees the big picture and ALL He’s protecting us from like why border control and immigration is important. It must also be obvious to us that the President knows far more than us about all that is coming into our country illegally and its effects than we do. Isn’t is foolish for us to believe we know more than the president who knows top secret information about why he’s so fierce about immigration policies? God used Nehemiah to rebuild the wall in Jerusalem, and Nehemiah had to go through an ungodly king at the time to get favor and help for him to do so. So Nehemiah’s obedience to God at that time was to rebuild the wall to protect Jerusalem. Which I believe is how the Lord is leading Trump. Not racist. Wisdom from God.

This is not a criticism of you at all but an answer to your question. I pray the Holy Spirit speaks to you about this. We must be very discerning who we are listening to and not let man influence us about Pres Trump but God alone through your prayer time with Him. That is how I came to these conclusions. I shut out all other voices and sought the Lord myself on the matter. Said in love from a sister in the Lord.” [end]

Seek the Lord for yourself, shut out all other voices, even those in leadership, and let the Holy Spirit give you wisdom, understanding, and discernment on President Trump and this year’s election. He will also give you “eyes to see” and “ears to hear” the lies being broadcast by the devil AKA the prince and power of the air (airwaves) through those who do his evil biddings (John 8:44).

The Lord warns us of the great deception in the last days EVEN IN THE CHURCH, so He MUST be the first One we go to for ALL wisdom, AND, we must check in with Him regarding opinions and words given to use by church leadership because only God knows the heart and whether or not the one sharing those words SOUGHT Him in order to share them with you. This is the only way that is right for any church leader. All must come from the heart of God as He promises in His Word to give us wisdom and the right words at the right time. Period. Amen.

5 Powerful Rewards for Seeking First the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness – Bible Study: The Shunammite Woman, 2 Kings

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you,” (Matthew 6:33).

We see the great favor of God upon this woman, so much so that He saw fit to reward her for all eternity my mentioning her wisdom and great faith in His Word. To use her as a beautiful example and instruction on the principles of seeking first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and ALL things will be added unto you.

I. ANSWERED PRAYERS, EVEN THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART – 2 KINGS 4:8-17

Now it happened one day that Elisha went to Shunem, where there was a notable woman, and she persuaded him to eat some food. So it was, as often as he passed by, he would turn in there to eat some food. 9 And she said to her husband, “Look now, I know that this is a holy man of God, who passes by us regularly. 10 Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a bed for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand; so it will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there.”

11 And it happened one day that he came there, and he turned in to the upper room and lay down there. 12 Then he said to Gehazi his servant, “Call this Shunammite woman.” When he had called her, she stood before him. 13 And he said to him, “Say now to her, ‘Look, you have been concerned for us with all this care. What can I do for you? Do you want me to speak on your behalf to the king or to the commander of the army?’ ”

She answered, “I dwell among my own people.”

14 So he said, “What then is to be done for her?”

And Gehazi answered, “Actually, she has no son, and her husband is old.”

15 So he said, “Call her.” When he had called her, she stood in the doorway. 16 Then he said, “About this time next year you shall embrace a son.”

And she said, “No, my lord. Man of God, do not lie to your maidservant!”

17 But the woman conceived, and bore a son when the appointed time had come, of which Elisha had told her.

II. GREAT FAVOR WITH GOD AND MAN – 2 Kings 4:18-37

God will cause others to go way out of their way to help you and your children and abundantly bless you.

18 And the child grew. Now it happened one day that he went out to his father, to the reapers. 19 And he said to his father, “My head, my head!”

So he said to a servant, “Carry him to his mother.” 20 When he had taken him and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died. 21 And she went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, shut the door upon him, and went out. 22 Then she called to her husband, and said, “Please send me one of the young men and one of the donkeys, that I may run to the man of God and come back.”

23 So he said, “Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.”

And she said, “It is well.” 24 Then she saddled a donkey, and said to her servant, “Drive, and go forward; do not slacken the pace for me unless I tell you.” 25 And so she departed, and went to the man of God at Mount Carmel.

So it was, when the man of God saw her afar off, that he said to his servant Gehazi, “Look, the Shunammite woman! 26 Please run now to meet her, and say to her, ‘Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child?’ ”

And she answered, “It is well.” 27 Now when she came to the man of God at the hill, she caught him by the feet, but Gehazi came near to push her away. But the man of God said, “Let her alone; for her soul is in deep distress, and the Lord has hidden it from me, and has not told me.”

28 So she said, “Did I ask a son of my lord? Did I not say, ‘Do not deceive me’?”

29 Then he said to Gehazi, “Get yourself ready, and take my staff in your hand, and be on your way. If you meet anyone, do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not answer him; but lay my staff on the face of the child.”

30 And the mother of the child said, “As the Lord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you.” So he arose and followed her. 31 Now Gehazi went on ahead of them, and laid the staff on the face of the child; but there was neither voice nor hearing. Therefore he went back to meet him, and told him, saying, “The child has not awakened.”

32 When Elisha came into the house, there was the child, lying dead on his bed. 33 He went in therefore, shut the door behind the two of them, and prayed to the Lord. 34 And he went up and lay on the child, and put his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands; and he stretched himself out on the child, and the flesh of the child became warm. 35 He returned and walked back and forth in the house, and again went up and stretched himself out on him; then the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes. 36 And he called Gehazi and said, “Call this Shunammite woman.” So he called her. And when she came in to him, he said, “Pick up your son.” 37 So she went in, fell at his feet, and bowed to the ground; then she picked up her son and went out.

III. DIVINE PROTECTION – 2 Kings 8:1-2

God will speak to you and forewarn of coming trouble so you can avoid it.

8 Then Elisha spoke to the woman whose son he had restored to life, saying, “Arise and go, you and your household, and stay wherever you can; for the Lord has called for a famine, and furthermore, it will come upon the land for seven years.” 2 So the woman arose and did according to the saying of the man of God, and she went with her household and dwelt in the land of the Philistines seven years.

IV. RIGHT PLACE. RIGHT TIME. – 2 Kings 8:3-6

3 It came to pass, at the end of seven years, that the woman returned from the land of the Philistines; and she went to make an appeal to the king for her house and for her land. 4 Then the king talked with Gehazi, the servant of the man of God, saying, “Tell me, please, all the great things Elisha has done.” 5 Now it happened, as he was telling the king how he had restored the dead to life, that there was the woman whose son he had (E)restored to life, appealing to the king for her house and for her land. And Gehazi said, “My lord, O king, this is the woman, and this is her son whom Elisha restored to life.” 6 And when the king asked the woman, she told him.

So the king appointed a certain officer for her, saying, “Restore all that was hers, and all the proceeds of the field from the day that she left the land until now.”

V. GOD HIMSELF WILL HONOR YOU BEFORE OTHERS – Psalm 91:14-15

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.

Recognition and honor by God Himself.  Faith pleases God, and it takes faith to look at the Word of God and walk in it. Imagine the Shunammite woman in heaven knowing God included her in His Holy Word to honor her story to instruct us on how applying His Word, truth, and principles to our lives and living by His Word brings great blessings and rewards.

God desires that all His children live by faith and walk in all His ways. The world and the ways of it are just not worth sacrificing our relationship with God and all the blessings that He wants us to have when we seek first the kingdom of God and its wellbeing, put Him and all His ways first. Then we never need to worry, God will just automatically take care of all things concerning us and ours.

That’s His Word. He says so, so we say can so right along with Him.
