God set precedence in His Word that praise moves God to confuse the powers of darkness so greatly that they are utterly defeated!
The Lord says, “Send out the praisers.” And who are the praisers? ALL of God’s children.
Sometimes, prayer alone is not enough. Sometimes, the evil is so deeply rooted in a place or land that it requires the spiritual weapons of prayer with fasting and praise, praise, praise and worship. Deeply rooted evil like years and years of shedding of innocent blood through abortion.
Look around and you will see evidence of a spiritual war everywhere – from COVID-19, to riots, chaos, and mayhem, lies spewed from the media, wicked people in power in places like New York, California, mass deception, etc.
THIS. IS. A. SPIRITUAL. BATTLE.
Yes, we must do things in the natural and actively vote, etc. but it is also our responsibility to rule and reign with God through prayer and the spiritual weapons of warfare His Word tells we are equipped with BUT MUST USE in order for them to overcome to victory.
Check out this teaching by Derek Prince for a wonderful Bible based Word from the Lord on this.
For FAR too long has the church been passive, allowing the enemy to steal from us, to take land from us.
As God’s people, we have a GREAT RESPONSIBILITY in the earth to use the authority and spiritual weapons of warfare to confront and defeat the powers of darkness behind the evils of this world.
Again God says, “SEND OUT THE PRAISERS ACROSS THIS LAND!”
Brothers and sisters in Christ who take God for His Word, contact your churches, friends in Christ, and go to a safe place to gather and take turns (shifts) praising the Lord until change is seen. Also with prayer (see prayer to model prayers after below, 2 Chron 20:6-12) and fasting.
I also believe in my spirit this needs to happen all the way up to the elections in November with praisers and prayer AT the polls and fasting, and outside secretary of elections offices – ALL done legally and standing where allowed (e.g. a sidewalk across the street maybe?). Strategic locations that the Holy Spirit will show you.
Gathering in churches to praise is great too, but again, I really feel in my spirit that just like 2 Chron 20:21, “And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing TO the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as THEY WENT OUT before the army and were saying: “Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.” Be led by the Holy Spirit.
Praise with singing, loud shouts of praise TO the Lord.
The key is TO the Lord! With Words of praise and worship from His Word such as, ““Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever,” and “Be blessing and power and glory and honor forever to Him to sits on the throne and unto the Lamb.”
The Lord just confirmed this Word around – send out the praisers – using this verse:
Sing TO God, sing praises TO His name;
Extol Him who rides on the clouds,
By His name Yah,
And rejoice before Him.
I got interrupted while writing out this word from the Lord, and when I sat down and looked at my phone only minutes ago, I saw the above, was the verse of the day – emphasizing TO the Lord, two more times. All glory to the Lamb!
Sing songs like, “Agnus Dei,” TO the Lord at these gatherings, could be in homes. God will lead each of you.
These powers of darkness must be confronted and confused and defeated. For anyone who has eyes to see and ears to hear, those who are creating chaos and destruction (including many governors in this nation) are being inspired by satan and demonic powers and strongholds.
No natural plans of man alone will defeat these principalities and powers of darkness.
MUCH praise and prayer with fasting will. I have no idea how to organize such a plan, but I will try to share it places that have a much larger connection to people through their platforms. God gives Word in part to each of us, so together, He will show us the whole plan. We are a body. We need each other.
Part of defeating a spiritual enemy also includes that more people’s spiritual eyes and ears and minds will be loosed from satan’s grips, etc. as spirits of deception, chaos, murder, etc. are confronted and defeated.
LOOK AT THIS!
And every stroke of the appointed staff that the Lord lays on them [their enemy, Assyria] will be to the sound of tambourines and lyres. Battling with brandished arm, He will fight with them.
So, as they praised and worshipped God and tapped, tapped, tapped their tambourines TO Him and FOR Him, with EACH tap, THE LORD struck the enemy and fought WITH them!!!
Foundation for praise as a spiritual weapon….A GREAT and powerful victory from seeking the Lord through prayer, fasting, and PRAISING and singing PRAISES TO God can be found in 2 Chronicles 20:1-30, Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir Defeated
20 It happened after this that the people of Moab with the people of Ammon, and others with them besides the Ammonites, came to battle against Jehoshaphat. 2 Then some came and told Jehoshaphat, saying, “A great multitude is coming against you from beyond the sea, from Syria; and they are in Hazazon Tamar” (which is En Gedi).
3 And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout ALL Judah. 4 So Judah gathered TOGETHER to ask help from the Lord; and from ALL the cities of Judah they came to seek the Lord.
5 Then Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the Lord, before the new court, 6 and said: “O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You? 7 Are You not our God, who drove out the inhabitants of this land before Your people Israel, and gave it to the descendants of Abraham Your friend forever? 8 And they dwell in it, and have built You a sanctuary in it for Your name, saying, 9 ‘If disaster comes upon us—sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine—we will stand before this temple and in Your presence (for Your name is in this temple), and cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save.’ 10 And now, here are the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir—whom You would not let Israel invade when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them and did not destroy them— 11 here they are, rewarding us by coming to throw us out of Your possession which You have given us to inherit. 12 O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”
13 Now ALL Judah, with their little ones, their wives, and their children, stood before the Lord.
14 THEN the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly. 15 And he said, “Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. 16 Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”
18 And Jehoshaphat (bowed his head with his face to the ground, and ALL Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord. 19 Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high.
20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”
21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing TO the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying:
“Praise the Lord,
For His mercy endures forever.”
22 Now WHEN they BEGAN to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they WERE defeated. 23 For the people of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir to utterly kill and destroy them. And when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another.
24 So when Judah came to a place overlooking the wilderness, they looked toward the multitude; and there were their dead bodies, fallen on the earth. No one had escaped.
25 When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away their spoil, they found among them an abundance of valuables on the dead bodies, and precious jewelry, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil because there was so much. 26 And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed the Lord; therefore the name of that place was called The Valley of Berachah until this day.
27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat in front of them, to go back to Jerusalem with joy, for THE LORD had made them rejoice over their enemies. 28 So they came to Jerusalem, with stringed instruments and harps and trumpets, to the house of the Lord. 29 And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 Then the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave him rest all around.
Incredible, Lord, my God! And the end result of it all was far greater. God gave them rest all around.
Lord, that Your people return to You with all their hearts and use all You have equipped us with based on the finished work of Jesus Christ also paying for authority over the works of the devil. Let a spirit of the fear of the Lord and repentance also blanket this land and every land in Jesus’ name, amen.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,” (1 Peter 5:8)
Today, I had a very vivid dream that I knew was from the Lord. A warning dream.
In the dream, I had been writing things for the Lord and many were very angry at me. Shortly after me just somehow knowing that many were angry at me, a man came to my home at night. He crashed through my front door so violently and with such strength that he not only effortlessly busted through the door but also busted through much of the doorframe and wall around it.
Once through, he quickly and aggressively ran straight toward me, gun in hand, and pointed the barrel of his gun maybe a couple feet from my face. I could see right down its barrel clearly. I cowered somewhat, put my hand up indicating for him to stop (like that would work), and in my mind said, “How can I talk my way out of this?”
I stood up, and all I could say was, “Jesus. Jesus. In the name of Jesus. And I began to pray in tongues and sing in tongues.”
At the FIRST mention of the name of Jesus, the man’s evil countenance changed from tormentor to tormented. The more I said Jesus, in the name of Jesus, and prayed in tongues, etc., the more he was struck with absolute terror. I have never seen such a look of utter terror on someone’s face.
Somehow, his gun ended up in my hand – the name of Jesus “disarmed him” – Hallelujah! He then pulled another gun from his person, but did so in absolute terror, neck bent forward, shoulders up in a protective fashion, and flew out the door, cowering and looking at me as he fled in stricken with terror.
“They” sent this man after me with the intent of killing me on the spot.
The enemy is roaring louder than ever and will devour whom he MAY. But he doesn’t have to. Be sober and prayerful and alert and believe by faith that you have authority over all his power. That thief is nothing compared to the name of Jesus. Fear not!
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly,” (John 10:10)
The Lord told me to interpret this spiritually and to use spiritual warfare to confront it. The man represented demonic spirits either wanting to kill me directly (sickness, etc.) or using people (toxic ones, etc.) who submit to the will of the devil and are used to go in for the slow kill as well as occupy all my time therefore making me ineffective to do God’s will. e.g. write, say what He’d have me say, be a mother or daughter, etc. that can wholly be there for her family.
BUT the name of Jesus!
Notice how at there mere mention of the name of Jesus that the enemy cowered in fear and was scattered. This is what we are called to. I believe and have heard this for some time in my spirit, and heard it again today from a pastor, that His people will see greater works that Jesus did happen through us in His name in these last of the last days. Jesus purchased authority over all the power of the enemy 2000 years ago. It’s time His people took Him for His Word and promises – FACT above what we see.
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you,” (Luke 10:19).
ALL the power of the enemy. The enemy and every demon under him must cower at the mention of the name of Jesus. Only believe. If you are a born again believer in Jesus Christ, this means you too.
I was able to report it to the police. I can’t remember what was said but they showed me photos of people “they” were trying to harm / kill as well. One photo I do recall is of a woman sleeping and me saying, “See? They were trying to kill her too.”
I am not 100% sure of the interpretation on why the woman was sleeping and that I understood it as they were trying to kill her in her sleep in the actual dream.
Is this the large number of people still asleep in the church but still just as vulnerable to “death” or serious harm (a form of death) in some way?
Be not deceived the enemy is merciless beyond merciless and truly seeks to kill God’s people, using others, willing vessels as well.
I had neglected to pray the whole army of God lately, and the Lord reminded me this morning that I must do this and take is seriously – in faith from a place of rest – not fear.
Because I take Him for His Word as FACT that…
“He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler,” (Psalm 91:4).
You too can put on the full armor of God, know the Word for yourself, so His truth is also Your shield and buckler.
It also came to me to be QUICK to forgive your enemies as to give no permission to the enemy to attack you.
Here’s Ephesians 6:10-20 for your convenience and His glory…
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, (M)being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— 19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
God’s sons and daughters can allow the enemy to plant lies and accept them as their own, allowing them to also become rooted. Thus, the enemy can succeed in making a child of God their own worst enemy.
HOW TO WIN THESE BATTLES…
1. Know the Word for yourself, so you are always ready to answer the enemy with it to take every thought (lie) captive and make them obey Christ, the Word.
“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
For example, when the mind is attacked with the lie of the enemy:
LIE: “You’re never going to be free from that situation.”
Answer with the promise of God, believing it as fact, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers us from them all,” (Psalm 34:19). Since this promise is for you, you can also boldly and confidently say, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers ME from them all.”
LIE: “You’ll always be sick and lame.”
Answer with a promise of God, believing it as fact, “Be Jesus’ stripes, I WAS healed.” Or, from Proverbs 4:20-22, “God’s Word is life and health to my body, so I speak His Word to my body and it has life and health.”
Note, the enemy will also use people around you to speak his lies, even God’s children, because they don’t know the Word for themselves.
Knowing the Word for ourselves doesn’t mean knowing it second hand through a pastor who may or may not even be interpreting the Word correctly depending on his willingness to fully submit to the Holy Spirit as his main Teacher and Guide through the Word.
We are blessed to live in a time where, as we learn the Word, we can easily search for any promise of God related to our situation online. It’s a great idea to print or write out the promises and put them where you can easily see them, pray and declare them.
2. Know there is an enemy seeking to steal, kill, and destroy, seeking whom he MAY devour.
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly,” (John 10:10).
If one is unaware to begin with of the reality of an enemy who isn’t into child’s play but is seeking to steal from, destroy, and kill us, then one can become the thief’s effortless, easily devoured prey.
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,” (1 Peter 5:8).
A child of God doesn’t have to become a MAY. What posture must we stay in to avoid the snake’s devouring? Sober. Vigilant. Readied with the Word. And God says we can be kept in perfect peace through it because our minds are fixed on Him.
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You,” (Isaiah 26:3).
He wouldn’t say it if it were not possible. This will only happen when we get His Word, promises, and truth rooted in us.
“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you,” (Philippians 4:8-9).
The Word of God fully equips us for everything the enemy throws at us.
3. Know born again believers are under a new covenant, established and paid in full by Jesus, with new and better promises and that we are no longer slaves but children of God.
“But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises,” (Hebrews 8:6).
God is not dealing with us as He did in the law under a blessing and cursing covenant. Jesus fully fulfilled the law for us and took all its curse upon Himself. E.g. The curse of the law included sickness which Jesus took all of on His body by His stripes.
“I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty,” (2 Corinthians 6:18).
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name,” (John 1:12).
“But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ,” (Galatians 4:4-7).
To summarize, it all boils down to knowing the Word for ourselves and walking with the Lord by the Spirit, knowing the full power of God dwells in every child of God.
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him,” (Hebrews 11:6).
That He is, is the Great I AM who rewards those who diligently – how? – diligently seek Him.
I pray this helps and blesses someone who really needs it. It is the calling of every believer to build up his sisters and brothers.
Sun Stand Still
Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel:
“Sun, stand still over Gibeon;
And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.”
So the sun stood still,
And the moon stopped,
Till the people had revenge
Upon their enemies.
Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day. And there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that the Lord heeded the voice of a man; for the Lord fought for Israel. – Joshua 10:12-14
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. – 2 Chronicles 16:9
God’s eyes are looking throughout the whole earth for hearts who are loyal to Him and take Him for His Word.
Father, by Your Holy Spirit, we loose Holy Spirit boldness to Your people. Grace them with faith that moves mountains. We believe, help, Lord, any unbelief. Let the words of our mouths magnify You above all things, all sickness, all disease, every trial and difficulty. Let us magnify and praise You and praise You for Your Word to pray for all matters concerning us in Jesus’ name, amen.
